The blades are made of high-speed steel to keep their cutting edge longer and the handles of close-grained, stable and heavy beech.

They feature the innovative ProComfort handle profiles, for improved comfort and control – the result of three years’ collaboration with ergonomics experts at Sheffield Hallam University.
